For instance, considering the dose-response correlation, it was expected that 2/2 homozygote would exhibit a stronger negative association than 2/1 heterozygote with MS, but we did not find these results in our different comparisons. Augmentation with a second antidepressant was not infrequent in our cohort, although this was more common in the nontreatment-refractory cohort compared with those identified as treatment refractory (33% versus 17%). Augmentation was most frequently with SSRIs (43%); however, serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (21%), Inhibitors,research,lifescience,medical tricyclic antidepressants (14%) and noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressants (7%) were also used. The S/P ratio was calculated by subtracting the average normal control absorbance from each sample absorbance, then dividing the difference by the corrected positive control, which is the difference between average positive absorbance and average normal control absorbance. 6 The aim of the present study was to evaluate the quality of ethical considerations

Materials and Methods This study was conducted on all the journals listed in the ranking file of “The Commission for Accreditation and Improvement of Iranian Medical Journals” (http://www.hbi.ir/Nsite/Service/Special/?Level=21) in October 2011. Checklist items (n=15) were extracted from the national manual of ethics in medical research publications, which was published by the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education and its Inhibitors,research,lifescience,medical content validity was assessed by a panel of experts. STG, as the raw Inhibitors,research,lifescience,medical parameter estimates extracted from an anatomical ROI which included the entire right STG (Tzourio-Mazoyer et al. 2002) demonstrated the same significant between-group differences for viewing “beat gesture with speech.” For the ROI encompassing the visual areas where the ASD group showed significantly greater activity than the TD group, the ANOVA also revealed a significant Phosphoprotein phosphatase group by condition interaction, F(1,18) = 21.69, P < 0.001 (see Fig. 2a). More specifically, for the ASD group, activity in this ROI was significantly greater when viewing “beat gesture with speech” versus viewing a “still frame with speech” (P < 0.005; see Fig. 2a, blue bars). Interestingly, the TD group showed the opposite effect whereby responses for “still frame with speech” were significantly greater than for “beat gesture with speech” (P < 0.005; see Fig. 2a, red bars). Given that three participants with ASD were taking medications at the time of the scan, we inspected their data to evaluate whether they may have impacted our results.
